Step 1

Prepare

Choose the service that fits your needs and book your appointment.

Follow the pre-test instructions in your confirmation email and download the PNOE Precision app. We are here to help if you have any questions.

Step 2

Test

Arrive 10 minutes early.

RMR Test: Takes about 10 minutes while seated and relaxed.
AMR Test: Takes about 15 minutes and is done on a Carol stationary bike.

Step 3

Review

After your test, a metabolic expert will email you to schedule your consultation.

If you’ve added a nutrition plan, a registered dietitian will follow up separately.

Step 4

Repeat

Apply the personalized plan from your consultation.

Come back for retesting to track progress and refine your plan.
