1. Services

Solus Health provides metabolic and breath analysis testing, including RMR, AMR (VO2max), nutrition planning, and consultations. These services are intended for wellness and fitness purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

2. Appointments & Payments

Bookings require a non-refundable deposit via our website. Remaining balances are due in person at the time of service. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Results & Limitations

All test results are based on physiological responses measured during testing and should be interpreted in consultation with a qualified health professional. Solus Health does not guarantee any specific outcome or health result.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Solus Health and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with site functionality, or engage in any unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solus Health is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including reliance on test results.
