Cancellation Policy

You are important to us. We understand things come up that may cause you to miss an appointment. We want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves as well as respect our staff members time. We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a 50% charge for your booked service. Any no-show will be charged 100% of the missed service. If booked online these fees will be charged to the card on file. Bookings can be cancelled or changed online up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.
